This is a flexible, remote-first role designed around your schedule. You will provide psychiatric care to established patients in North Carolina senior living communities, with appointments scheduled in advance based on your availability.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We welcome candidates interested in:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Part-time (PT) engagement with predictable, pre-scheduled visit volume</li>\n <li>PRN/as-needed coverage with maximum scheduling flexibility</li>\n <li>APP supervision opportunities with additional compensation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Volume is entirely in your hands. Our patient population is established, and our scheduling team will fill your calendar to whatever level works for you.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits with established behavioral health patients in senior living settings</li>\n <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including Curana's APPs, primary care providers, and facility staff</li>\n <li>Provide clinical supervision and oversight for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), with associated compensation</li>\n <li>Document care accurately and efficiently within our clinical platforms</li>\n <li>Participate in care coordination for complex or high-acuity patients as appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry</li>\n <li>Active, unrestricted medical license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)</li>\n <li>DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)</li>\n <li>Experience in geriatric psychiatry or care of older adult populations preferred</li>\n <li>Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems</li>\n <li>Interest in collaborative, team-based care within a value-based model</li>\n</ul>",
