The role focuses on day‑to‑day trading support, execution assistance, and proactive client coverage, ensuring a seamless client experience across trading and operational touchpoints.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Primary duties will include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct support to traders on the desk, including execution assistance, trade lifecycle support, and issue resolution.</li>\n <li>Serve as a key point of contact for prime brokerage clients, delivering timely and responsive client service.</li>\n <li>Assist with trading/execution across asset classes in an agency capacity.</li>\n <li>Support client onboarding activities as needed, including platform setup, demonstrations, and ongoing usage support.</li>\n <li>Allocate executions, monitor trade files, and ensure accurate and timely submissions.</li>\n <li>Monitor client intraday profit and loss in partnership with the trading desk to help manage firm risk.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with operations, client service, securities lending, sales, and onboarding teams to ensure consistent and high‑quality client experience.</li>\n <li>Proactively communicate with existing and prospective clients regarding trading activity, platform functionality, and service needs.</li>\n <li>Identify, escalate, and help resolve trading or operational issues promptly.</li>\n <li>This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To land this role you will need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, supporting trading desks and institutional clients.</li>\n <li>Experience with securities‑based swaps a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of trading workflows and prime brokerage operations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cash equities and electronic execution; multi‑asset experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Series 7, 57, 63, and 3 required (or to be obtained within three months of employment).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What makes you stand out: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing risk and prioritizing issues.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Team‑oriented mindset with a strong client‑service focus.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Hiring Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)  Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
