Are you a team player who loves to work in the field and wants to build challenging and rewarding projects? In this role, you will assist the project team in managing the construction process and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Shawmut staff. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Project Superintendent by ensuring tools, processes and other requirements are in place prior to the start of a project and through project life cycle</li>\n <li>Develop a big picture understanding of the project through drawing and document reviews</li>\n <li>Process Permits</li>\n <li>Manage Submittals and EWAs</li>\n <li>Coordinate Trade Execution of Punch List</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years experience as an Assistant Superintendent with a reputable GC/CM </li>\n <li>Experience in field construction and/or with a subcontractor </li>\n <li>Experience with a variety of projects consistent with Shawmut projects</li>\n <li>Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>\n<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>\n<strong>RI Base Salary Range</strong>: \n<strong>$86,000 – $116,000 </strong>The range stated is specific to New England Placement.
