          "text": "<p>Network Automation Administration:</p><p>\n•\tAdminister the environment\n</p><p>o\tIssue case tickets to HP Support on behalf of CUSTOMER\n</p><p>o\tInvestigate and deploy support provided fixes for new devices\n</p><p>•\tInvestigate, design, plan and implement security standard practices</p><p>\n•\tWork open tickets/cases to completion</p><p>\n•\tCorrect application performance\no\tInvestigate database exclusive locks\no\tWork with DBAs to correct issues\no\tWork with Unix administration to correct issues</p><p>\n•\tAdminister Supplier’s recommended practices for application, database, Linux  as it pertains to Network Automation</p><p>\n•\tLarge log file implement log rotation (i.e. audit_log.txt)</p><p>\n•\tUpdate and expand CUSTOMER troubleshooting guide</p><p>\n•\tUpgrade and test all environments to 9.22.01\n</p><p>•\tDisaster Recovery – planning for an active/active scenario\n</p><p>•\tProjects: \no\tsupport and integrate new systems, reports with HPNA\no\tInvestigate, design and deploy new device features within HPNA</p><p>\n•\t Customer board (one (1) web page view of health of cores/database/satellites)</p><p>\no\tCustom development may need a remote resource(s) other than the on-site Technology Consultant.</p><p>\no\tThe Supplier is expected to take requirements provided by CUSTOMER and add related requirements on behalf of CUSTOMER, that will be provided to the Customer board development person(s).</p><p>\no\tThe Supplier is to verify the test requirements are completely met and implement the new functionality to all environments.</p><p>\no\tAny HPNA customizations performed will leverage documented APIs, and CUSTOMER will be advised on the pros and cons of the customizations before they are implemented.\n<br /></p>",
