This role plays a key part in the month-end and year-end close processes, supports audits, and helps maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li>\n<li>Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts</li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records</li>\n<li>Lead and support month-end and year-end closing processes</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies</li>\n<li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations</li>\n<li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making</li>\n<li>Identify and implement improvements to reconciliation and reporting processes<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li>\n<li>4+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or reconciliations</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software)</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Professional certification (ACCA or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Languages: English and Russian (written and spoken)</li>\n<li>Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment</li>\n<li>Familiarity with automation tools or data analytics platforms</li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking</li>\n<li>Effective time management</li>\n<li>Process improvement mindset</li>\n<li>Accountability and reliability<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
