We are committed to helping Alaskan&rsquo;s recover.</p><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>Our Residential Services team in Anchorage and Fairbanks provides critical support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. As a Residential Clinical Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of program managers, clinicians, clinical associates, and peer support specialists, contributing to the successful operation and clinical quality of our residential treatment facilities.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide leadership in developing and implementing Alaska Behavioral Health&rsquo;s values, mission, and goals.</li><li>Ensure clinical records comply with AKBH policies, Medicaid, Medicare, and external audit requirements.</li><li>Oversee performance management, quality assurance, and resource development within Residential Services.</li><li>Supervise the Residential Team.</li><li>Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, including assessment, therapy, group therapy, skill development, case management, and treatment and discharge planning.</li></ul><p><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><ul><li>Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska</li><li>Full-Time, Exempt&nbsp;</li><li>Pay Range: $96,000 - $121,500 annually depending on experience; (Eligible for up to $42,000 in incentive with the average being $16,000)</li><li>Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged!</li><li>AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children; 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 3% automatically contributed by AKBH; 5 weeks of PTO for the first year and 8 weeks of PTO after the first year.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Need from You</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in mental health or related field required; professional license or certification preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting with at least 3 years in a supervisory role</li><li>Knowledge of target populations (e.g., individuals with severe mental illness, addiction, or high-risk conditions)</li><li>Strong leadership skills, expertise in performance management, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team</li></ul><p><strong>Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Ready to join a team dedicated to making a difference?
