We provide leading‐edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice and light‐directed order fulfillment equipment, controls and software, robotics, mezzanines, and structures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you want to join a team of industry leading experts and who want to create an impact on the future of material handling solutions, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Wynparts Order Picker picks same day orders or projects by accurately identifying and pulling materials and delivers them to the requested destination.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Picking parts of various size, shape, and weight according to sales orders</li>\n <li>Placing parts carefully in kits to avoid damage</li>\n <li>Delivering part orders to the requested packaging area</li>\n <li>Meeting expectations for number and accuracy of sales orders picked</li>\n <li>May be required to use material handling equipment forklift, stand-up forklift, Big Joe; following all safety rules</li>\n <li>Maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li>\n <li>Reading and maintaining information in the inventory system, ensuring accurate records</li>\n <li>Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Experience operating forklift equipment a plus</li>\n <li>Experience with inventory/shipping a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good computer skills</li>\n <li>Good verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write English and use basic math</li>\n <li>Good organization skills</li>\n <li>Good time management skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Team orientation</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ADA Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Medium work:</strong> Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</li>\n <li><strong>Reaching</strong>: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.</li>\n <li><strong>Standing</strong>: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li><strong>Walking</strong>: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.</li>\n <li><strong>Lifting</strong>: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.</li>\n <li><strong>Fingering</strong>: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.</li>\n <li><strong>Grasping</strong>: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.</li>\n <li><strong>Talking</strong>: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.</li>\n <li><strong>Hearing</strong>: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and making fine discriminations in sound.</li>\n <li><strong>Repetitive motions</strong>: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Visual Acuity: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>The worker is required to:</strong> have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.</li>\n <li><strong>The worker is required to:</strong> have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.</li>\n <li><strong>The worker is required to:</strong> have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>The worker is subject to: </strong>inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-DNP</p>",
