A Sales Manager will work and train under the supervision of our Regional Manager.  The role of the Sales Manager includes but is not limited to branch leadership, operations, P&L responsibilities, sales training, inventory management, and revenue growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports to ensure operational efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effective management of resources</li>\n <li>P&L responsibilities to include monthly review & budgeting</li>\n <li>Become an expert on our sales training framework to develop and train the sales team</li>\n <li>Be accessible to the field sales team to assist with closing procedure and answer questions </li>\n <li>Compare warehouse monthly stock status vs company system inventory </li>\n <li>Review, analyze, and evaluate weekly, monthly, & annual performance </li>\n <li>Fosters an environment where safety comes first, and all staff strictly adhere to company operating standards</li>\n <li>Partner with the Production Manager to ensure all installation and service commitments are met on time</li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service practices for your team and drive continual customer service excellence</li>\n <li>Develop a winning team mindset and do it now culture in which all direct reports act with integrity, respect each other and report to the customer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of leadership experience managing multiple teams</li>\n <li>5 years of sales or sales training experience</li>\n <li>3 years of Home Improvement experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation</li>\n <li>Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook</li>\n <li>Must be a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to improve services </li>\n <li>P&L experience strongly preferred </li>\n <li>Experience analyzing and interpreting data strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By submitting your application, you agree that it may be shared with our affiliated companies for consideration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>ELM Home Building Solutions and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Englert Inc., LeafGuard Holdings, and MetalMan</em> provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veterans status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#INDLGSM</p>",
