    "description": "<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>Anthropologie Home is seeking a talented and highly motivated Assistant Furniture Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative instincts, technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a fast-paced design environment. The Assistant Designer will partner closely with design team to develop innovative, brand-aligned furniture concepts from idea through product launch.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Design Development</strong>Create original furniture concepts that align with brand direction, trend, and customer insights. Contribute to both early concept exploration and development refinement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration</strong>Work closely with design leads and cross-functional partners to develop and iterate on designs. Effectively take direction, apply feedback, and contribute to a shared team output.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CAD Modeling & Visualization</strong>Build clean, efficient 3D models in SolidWorks and produce renderings in Keyshot. Utilize sketching and AI tools to explore and communicate ideas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Execution & Workflow</strong>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and steady progress while meeting timelines in a dynamic environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Prototyping & R&D</strong>Partner with Product Development to review samples, resolve design challenges, and contribute to ongoing R&D in materials, construction, and finishes.</p>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related field</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Adobe Suite</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with AI tools for design exploration and visualization</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong sketching and concept development skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to feedback in a collaborative environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li>\n <li><p>A strong awareness of design trends and the ability to translate relevant ideas into product concepts aligned with the brand</p></li>\n <li><p>Portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and technical execution</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-AE1</p>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
