    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the Manager, F&amp;B, this position is responsible for managing the guest bills with the strictest regard to rules, regulations and outlet operational guidelines while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This position may serve at a counter, in a restaurant, on a casino floor or other areas. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enters guest bills into the POS</li>\n <li>Counts out change and gives to the guest</li>\n <li>Explains pricing to guests when requested for clarification</li>\n <li>Maintains the cleanliness of the cashier stand and area</li>\n <li>Maintains own cash float and counts cash float at end of shift</li>\n <li>Performs opening and closing duties as required</li>\n <li>Ensures an adequate stock of napkins, cutlery, etc.; replenishes when necessary</li>\n <li>Ensures tab le availability by communicating with bussing staff</li>\n <li>Assists with bussing duties during slower periods</li>\n <li>Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments</li>\n <li>Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and team members</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned or directed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma; Post Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year cash handling</li>\n <li>POS experience</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License</li>\n <li>Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication</li>\n <li>Computer literacy in MS Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment Considerations</strong></p>",
