This role operates as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Director and is responsible for ensuring that every rescue mission is executed safely, legally, and effectively.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">This is a hands-on leadership role—not a desk-only position. You will plan missions, manage logistics, coordinate with agencies, and deploy in the field when required.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Planning and end-to-end executing complex rescue operations (U.S. &amp; international)</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Coordinating extensive logistics, personnel, permits, and transport under real-world constraints</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies (USFWS, DOJ, USDA, CPW, etc.)</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Acting as the operational lead during active rescue missions</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Building and maintaining relationships with agencies, partners, and stakeholders</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Supporting oversight and coordination across multiple refuge facilities</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Creating, managing and curating both pre and post mission documentation, reporting, and after-action reviews</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• 3–5+ years leading operations, logistics, or mission-critical work</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Bachelor’s degree</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Proficient with a wide range of computer software, including most of the Adobe Suite products, Microsoft Office and other office-centered data management and communication programs</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Have no physical restrictions or limitations, and can lift 100 lbs.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Have strong physical background with proven endurance</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">• Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;
