This position is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on HVAC systems, and overall maintenance, to maintain optimal living conditions for residents. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment housing. By proactively addressing maintenance issues and responding promptly to service requests, the technician helps to minimize downtime and enhance resident satisfaction.
