If you love to care for seniors and are a real “people person,” then you have just found the perfect job!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule: Full-time, Friday-Monday NOC shift 10:00pm-6:30am</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Medication Care Manager, your contributions to the team may include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inform others of changes in a resident’s condition</li>\n <li>Dispense medications to residents</li>\n <li>Maintain records of medications administered</li>\n <li>Assist with resident physical care, meals and activities</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Practice effective team behavior</li>\n <li>Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships</li>\n <li>Is organized and manages time effectively</li>\n <li>Build resident and family satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care</li>\n <li>Skilled at building relationships with residents</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain resident confidentiality</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification program</li>\n <li>Knowledge and ability to assist residents with medications</li>\n <li>Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen.</li>\n <li>Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other cool stuff you might want to know:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay, excellent benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k/tuition assistance and more!), and an enjoyable work/life balance.
