Manage calendars and schedule service appointments

Communicate with customers in an empathetic and professional manner during urgent situations (e.g., flooding, broken pipes)
🛠 Job Detail Management
Clearly communicate key details to the plumber (problem type, exact location, etc.) to ensure technicians arrive fully prepared
💰 Financial and Administrative Operations 📄 Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Handle invoicing and accounts receivable , including tracking and following up on outstanding payments
