    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Phlebotomy Representative - Sr. Site Lead - Virginia Beach, VA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs). Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Consistently provide error-free work, handle more complex collections / patient situations and resolve escalated issues while supporting on-site staff.&nbsp; May be responsible for a larger team or broader scope of staff assignments.&nbsp;Demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Pay range: $23.11+ per hour</strong></p>\n<p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
