Project Specialists are responsible for maintaining data accuracy and coordination between Operations, Marketing, and Sales.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate across Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure all item setup information is accurately gathered and entered in the system from the start of product creation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Gather basic data (product name, SKU&rsquo;s, categories), technical specifications (dimensions, weight), and descriptive content (Assortments, PDQ&rsquo;s, Displays, Exclusives).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage the product data input in the JAKKS Portal system to ensure it is accurate and functional.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as initial point of contact for item setups in JAKKS Portal.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain ongoing efforts with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing through the lifecycle of the products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Routine cleanup with all End Of Life items (Not CarryForward)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Requires a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and keep the team on schedule</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the item setup process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience within the relevant industry, such as consumer goods or retail, is preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Our Benefits:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Health and Wellness:</strong> Medical, dental, vision, disability, life &amp; accident insurance and employee assistance program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Savings:</strong> 401K matching, pre-tax spending accounts, and employee discount programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation</strong>: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary.
