This is a Temporary assignment and the standard work hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with overtime, as needed. For more information on Horton, Inc. please visit our web site at www.hortonww.com. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Flex Operator Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will be expected to be able to perform daily tasks including following standard work to assemble product using machinery and/or hand tools. </li>\n <li>Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and blueprint specifications. </li>\n <li>Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.</li>\n <li>Verifies quality specifications by measuring completed component/product. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the operation and set-up of all simple and complex machines within their assigned area.</li>\n <li>Ensure data accuracy before transacting in inventory system. </li>\n <li>Elevate issues or suspected discrepancies to management.</li>\n <li>Will be required to fill in as Operator in other departments as directed/rotated.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. </li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation. </li>\n <li>Attention to detail is a must. </li>\n <li> Must be able to work with hand tools and other machinery. </li>\n <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work well in a group and individually. </li>\n <li>Some degree of mechanical aptitude may be required.  </li>\n <li>Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p>\n<p>We also offer a competitive benefits package including PTO, Company Paid Holidays, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Education Assistance, and a dynamic work environment.
