Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more – in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.   </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain HVAC/R equipment through preventative maintenance and verify equipment is performing within specifications </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair defective HVAC/R equipment, components, or wiring, including adding and reclaiming refrigerants </li>\n <li>Provide alternative solutions to mechanical problems on equipment when needed </li>\n <li>Maintain records of work required and performed in our Computerized Maintenance Management System  </li>\n <li>Accurately log any inventory transactions that take place while working on equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>EPA certification for handling refrigerant </li>\n <li>2-year degree or equivalent work experience in HVAC/R  </li>\n <li>Ability to obtain Minnesota Special Engineer License for boiler operation </li>\n <li>Willingness to train on ARC flash and obtain Registered Unlicensed Electrician License  </li>\n <li>Physical capability to perform job duties, including working at elevated heights on ladders and aerial lift platforms </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to diagnose equipment issues </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of HVAC system wiring, piping, troubleshooting and equipment controls  </li>\n <li>Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
