This role assists the Program Manager with operational oversight, resource coordination, service delivery, and customer engagement activities supporting mission-critical systems and infrastructure.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has experience supporting Federal or DoW IT operations programs and possesses a strong understanding of enterprise support environments, cyber operations processes, and technical service delivery.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support day-to-day contract operations and assist with program execution activities across systems administration, network administration, and service desk environments.</li>\n <li>Assist the Program Manager with resource coordination, staffing activities, workload management, and operational planning.</li>\n <li>Monitor program performance to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to support mission objectives and operational priorities.</li>\n <li>Support reporting activities including status updates, metrics collection, risk tracking, and operational briefings.</li>\n <li>Apply knowledge of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER command and control processes in support of cyber and enterprise IT operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure operational activities align with Department of the Air Force (DAF) cyber enterprise policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Assist with troubleshooting coordination and operational support for end user devices, enterprise systems, and IT service delivery activities.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Serve as acting Program Manager when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.</li>\n <li>8+ years of federal IT program management experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT operations programs within Federal or DoW environments.</li>\n <li>5+ years of demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting systems administration, network administration, or service desk operations.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of DAF cyber enterprise policies and operational procedures.</li>\n <li>Understanding of end user device configuration and troubleshooting practices.</li>\n <li>Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.</li>\n <li>PMP certification - required</li>\n <li>ITILv4 Foundation certification - required</li>\n <li>CISSP or CISM - preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating technical teams and supporting Government customers.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, cyber support services, and performance management.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $120,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $150,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
