As a SCO waiter, you will be a professional who works in restaurants, bars, and other food-serving and drinking establishments; ensuring always guests have an excellent experience by providing stellar customer service. font-size: 15px\">Assist guests regarding menus items in an informative and helpful way</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensure full knowledge of all food and beverage menus, with ability to propose/advice to the client what covers their needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or critical cases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Make recommendations and answer guest’s questions, and always willing to support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Always aspire to up-sell additional products and services according to the clients needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Checking identification to ensure guests meet alcohol legal age requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintaining a clean &amp; organized station – including pre-bussing &amp; table maintenance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Performing opening, closing &amp; side duties – setting up/breaking down the working areas, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers/ which are under your role responsibilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Directing guests to areas &amp; font-size: 15px\">Excellent knowledge of English language</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proven working experience as a Waiter/Waitress for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Previous point of sale system experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication and organizational skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
