If you're ready to take your career to the next level, work with cutting-edge systems, and be part of a supportive crew that values your expertise—this is the opportunity for you.<br>🔧 What You'll Be Doing<br>•     Diagnose and repair alarm/intrusion and fire systems to keep clients safe and secure.<br>•     Install, configure, and troubleshoot Access Control Systems.<br>•     Set up and maintain CCTV &amp; IP-based camera systems and NVRs.<br>•     Perform equipment adjustments, replacements, and operational testing.<br>•     Travel overnight as needed to install, repair, and test systems (travel perks included!).<br>•     Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.<br>•     Run and terminate low voltage cabling with precision.<br>•     Assess customer risks and deliver smart, effective solutions.<br>•     Respond to service calls and scheduled maintenance visits with professionalism.<br>🧠 What You Bring to the Table<br>•     Experience in Electronic Security, Data/Network Cabling, or similar low voltage fields (preferred).<br>•     Comfortable using hand and power tools.<br>•     Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and pulling wire.<br>•     Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.<br>•     Detail-oriented with a knack for interpreting blueprints and technical documents.<br>•     Valid driver’s license and insurability.<br>•     Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and pass a standard background check.<br>💰 Compensation &amp; Perks<br>•     Starting at $22/hour, with pay based on experience and discussed during the interview.<br>•     Full-time position with growth potential.<br>•     Benefits include:<br>•     401(k) with company match<br>•     Health, dental, and life insurance options<br>•     Paid time off and holidays<br>📅 Schedule<br>•     Monday to Friday, 1st shift<br>•     On-call and weekend availability as needed<br>📍 Location<br>•     Based in Milwaukee, WI<br>•     Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting</p>\n<p>If you're ready to work with a team that values your skills, invests in your growth, and keeps things exciting—apply today and let's build something secure together.</p>",
