Position Summary: At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation to keep the world moving—but to keep our own operations up to speed, we need a brilliant Technical Project Manager to ensure our complex deployments never hit a bottleneck. Consider yourself the master traffic controller for our breakthrough technology projects! You will ensure every phase of the project lifecycle runs on a green light: on-time, within budget, and with total customer satisfaction. Operating as the critical intersection between Miovision and our customers, partners, contractors, and dealers, you will navigate cross-functional lanes to align resources and development priorities. Objectives and Responsibilities: End-to-End Ownership: Take the reins on all project management activities, including master schedules, communication plans, contract management, risk mitigation, and CRM updates. Technical Orchestration: Conduct rigorous technical reviews of project designs and seamlessly coordinate all engineering and implementation efforts. Proactive Communication: Lead engaging, regular status meetings to keep customers fully informed and confident in the project's trajectory. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all stakeholder needs are met and projects are delivered perfectly on time. Vendor Management: Expertly vet, hire, and manage sub-contractors to guarantee top-tier execution of project work. Financial Stewardship: Control project scope with an iron grip, utilizing change management processes to protect and proactively increase financial margins. Post-Project Care: Provide stellar, ongoing system support for customers even after the project has officially closed. Process Elevation: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to skyrocket customer satisfaction and crush our On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics. Product Evangelist: Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and speak intelligently about our technology to customers. The Technical Translator: Act as the vital bridge between the customer and our product development team, turning complex technical requirements into actionable, brilliant solutions. On the Move: Travel up to 5% across North America (with a sprinkle of potential international travel) to keep projects humming. You bring proven, hard-earned experience managing the internal and external logistics of complex technology or ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) projects.
