As an EEO employer, we provide opportunities for all qualified candidates without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran, or disabled status.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Inspector performs inspection duties to determine the airworthiness of aircraft. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the efficient and economical determination of airworthiness of aircraft maintenance and other work while assigned to Quality Control. </li>\n <li>Provide all possible assistance to maintenance operations, including supervision, inspection and training. </li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills and abilities. </li>\n <li>Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including word, excel and data input functions Perform additional functions that may be assigned from time to time. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Endeavor Air “Code of Conduct” in all Company business dealings and decisions. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service. </li>\n <li>Must be able use ladders, work stands, lifts, etc. and be able to work on all areas of the aircraft that may require access during performance of duties. </li>\n <li>Must have normal color perception and corrected visual acuity of 20/20 to perform non-destructive testing. </li>\n <li>Must not have any medical condition that precludes certification as aircraft run/taxi qualified. </li>\n <li>Repetitive motion such as: typing on the computer and phone work.</li>\n <li>Occasional physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 50 lbs. </li>\n <li>Working in hangar or stockroom and subjected to noise such as airport runway, and pneumatic tools. </li>\n <li>Computer work in a typical office environment, sometimes sitting for the majority of the day.</li>\n <li>A uniform is required, Endeavor provides a uniform allowance.</li>\n <li>Safety shoes are required and cost covered by employee</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Competencies Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>COMMUNICATION: Effectively and respectfully communicates with employees and peers</li>\n <li>DECISION MAKING: Makes clear and concise decisions in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>DEPENDABILITY: Reliable in completing assignments and meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>ETHICS AND VALUES – FOUNDATION OF FLIGHT: Acts in an ethical manner in all work activities, adheres to the core values of Endeavor and acts in line with those values</li>\n <li>INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Works harmoniously and effectively with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and the public.</li>\n <li>JOB KNOWLEDGE: Technically and professionally skilled in all position responsibilities and duties</li>\n <li>QUALITY OF WORK: Effectively and safely completes tasks in a timely manner and ensured high quality output</li>\n <li>SAFETY AWARENESS: Always puts safety first and leads by example</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School graduate or GED equivalent. </li>\n <li>Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic’s license.</li>\n <li>Experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician required, inspector experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate the maturity, judgment, and analytical ability to objectively perform oversight within all aspects of aircraft maintenance. </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and very customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills are required. </li>\n <li>Ability to work scheduled and/or extra hours when necessary including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage.</li>\n <li>Must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport.</li>\n <li>Limited travel may be necessary.</li>\n <li>May require annual eye exam as required by FAA.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Providing world-class service to our customers starts with providing world-class benefits to our employees.
