          "text": "<p><strong>AIM&#xa0;</strong>is currently seeking a&#xa0;<strong>Loader Operator&#xa0;</strong>for its&#xa0;<strong>Montréal‑Est&#xa0;</strong>site, working a&#xa0;<strong>Friday‑to‑Sunday&#xa0;</strong>schedule from&#xa0;<strong>5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.&#xa0;</strong>You will be responsible for loading and handling various materials using heavy equipment, as well as weighing incoming and outgoing materials in the yard.</p><p><u><strong>What&#xa0;you’re&#xa0;responsible for :</strong></u></p><ul><li>Operate a loader safely and efficiently;</li><li>Load and unload raw materials in the different departments;</li><li>Complete and provide weight reports to the relevant personnel;</li><li>Notify the supervisor of any material non-conformities;</li><li>Inspect machinery at the beginning and end of the shift;</li><li>Feed the production line;</li><li>Ensure machinery is functioning properly and report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor;</li><li>Complete a daily activity report;</li><li>Perform any other related tasks.</li></ul>",
