We service residential and commercial customers across nine States and are growing daily! Our success hinges on a solid team, and we invest heavily in developing our in-house staff. We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Sales Manager at our Pittsburgh office. We're searching for a dynamic and experienced outside sales manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This differs from your average sales job as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy. This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing B2C field sales team, leading from the front. Role Requirements: Excellent time management Organized/ detail oriented Skilled in adapting to changes in the workplace Field training Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the field sales team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets Ensuring the development of the employees under your management Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base Maximizing all sales efforts Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience Qualifications: 3+ years' prior Outside Sales Leadership or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy, Solar, Telecommunications, Home Remodeling, Insurance or Automotive. Prior managerial background and ability to motivate, develop and coach a field sales team Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Valid driver's license and clean driving record Unrivalled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact Exceptional communicator and relationship builder Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands Qualifications Income/Benefit Expectation: On-Target Earnings: $120,000 +annually Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Commission and Overrides Health Insurance Reimbursement Additional bonuses based on office performance Driving Bonus Paid Training Company Culture: Promotional Structure In-depth Training Development Workshops In-office daily collaboration Inter-office competitions Hands-on recruitment assistance Company Holiday Parties Annual Company Conference Presidents Club Annual Trip
