We offer excellent benefits and supply you with the tools you need to maximize your potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $18.00-$25.20 depending on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family </li>\n <li>Disability & Life Insurance Packages</li>\n <li>Competitive Retirement Plan </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement – available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service</li>\n <li>Additional supplemental offerings and discount programs</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and transact business with all walk-in traffic in the showroom</li>\n <li>Answer all incoming calls to initiate sales process or route to other departments</li>\n <li>Coordinate sales and rentals with outside sales, shop and warehouse personnel</li>\n <li>Retain all rental contracts at the front counter until the equipment is returned</li>\n <li>Work to resolve any outstanding issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company</li>\n <li>Forward all referrals and leads to the appropriate Outside Salesman.</li>\n <li>Generate activity reports as requested by management</li>\n <li>Obtain and update customer information as requested by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high-school diploma or GED is required for this job.</li>\n <li>2 years of successful Inside Sales / Customer Service experience in equipment rental or a related industry</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of operating capabilities of Construction Rental Equipment</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of construction materials and their application</li>\n <li>Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Friendly and professional customer service skills; a desire to help</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
