Description
At all times, maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Responding to customer inquiries as soon as possible. Using various channels to communicate with customers. Recognizing and resolving customer complaints Knowing our products inside and out allows you to respond to questions. Orders, forms, applications, and requests are all processed. Keeping track of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints. As needed, communicating and coordinating with coworkers. Giving feedback on the customer service process's efficiency. In charge of a group of junior customer service representatives. Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Meeting sales targets. Procedures and policies must be followed. Requirements A high school diploma, a general education degree, or an equivalent is required. The ability to remain calm in the face of stressed or upset customers. Computers are easy to use. Working knowledge of customer service. Customer service experience. Telephone etiquette is essential. Knowledge of CRM tools. Outstanding communication abilities. Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Adaptability to different personalities.
