    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>• Analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements with stakeholders<br>• Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and structured functional requirements<br>• Write and maintain functional documentation, including:<br>- Functional specifications<br>- Use cases / user stories<br>- Business rules<br>- Process flows (BPMN, diagrams)<br>• Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) throughout the development lifecycle<br>• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)<br>• Ensure functional consistency of delivered solutions aligned with the business vision<br>• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities<br>• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions<br>• Manage change impacts and support users during deployment<br>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional analysis practices<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br>• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field<br>• 7 to 10 years of experience in functional analysis and business analysis<br>• Significant experience on complex or large-scale projects<br>• Excellent mastery of functional analysis techniques<br>• Ability to model business processes<br>• Good understanding of application architecture and integrated systems<br>• Knowledge of functional testing and UAT concepts<br>• Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment<br>• Proficiency with collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365<br>• Experience with AI tools like Copilot and VSCode<br>• Demonstrate leadership, influence, initiative, rigor, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills with a clear sense of priorities<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>• Strong analytical mindset and synthesis skills<br>• Ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment<br>• Understanding of the delivery lifecycle and incident/problem management lifecycle<br>• Experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Terraform, Terragrunt) is a plus<br>• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk is a plus<br>• Good knowledge of investment products and related business and operational processes is a plus<br>• Knowledge of the OSS suite and the Secure Zone is a plus<br>• Experience in regulated sectors (finance, insurance, public sector, etc.) is a plus<br>• Excellent command of English</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get from ATA IT :</span><br>• 14 days’ vacation in first year<br>• Health insurance for staff &amp; families<br>• Life insurance<br>• Dental fee for staff &amp; families<br>• Provident fund<br>• Monetary Assistance (Childbirth, Funeral, Basket Visit)<br>• Annual Party<br>• Monthly Activities- Staff Birthday &amp; Company Activities<br>• Annual Health Check<br>• Multi-national company with flexible working hours, but professional company culture<br>• Work from Home Policy</p>",
