Our passion is building.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all day‑to‑day field operations for mission‑critical construction projects.</li>\n <li>Manage and coordinate site development, core and shell construction, and building envelope activities to ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance.</li>\n <li>Establish site logistics, phasing plans, and workforce coordination strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain ownership of jobsite execution, productivity, and accountability.</li>\n <li>Champion a safety‑first culture across all trades and scopes of work.</li>\n <li>Conduct safety inspections, audits, and daily safety planning.</li>\n <li>Enforce quality standards across structural, architectural, and MEP work.</li>\n <li>Coordinate complex construction sequencing across multiple scopes.</li>\n <li>Partner with MEP Superintendents and Project Managers to manage system integration risks.</li>\n <li>Support system readiness, testing, and turnover activities as required.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and look‑ahead plans.</li>\n <li>Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and pull planning sessions.</li>\n <li>Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff.</li>\n <li>Build strong trade partner relationships based on accountability and trust.</li>\n <li>Promote Brinkmann’s culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large, complex commercial or mission‑critical projects.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary field teams in high‑pressure environments.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Experience working alongside MEP leaders on technically complex projects preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Superintendent’s work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions with exposure to health or safety hazards, including noise levels may ranging from moderate to loud.</li>\n <li>Physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 50 pounds and frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing.</li>\n <li>While performing the essential functions of this position, the individual may use hands to handle, control or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.</li>\n <li>Individual work location will change or vary and/or position may require travel.</li>\n <li>Environment will be demanding and fast paced; number of hours typically worked in a workweek may exceed 40 hours per week.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
