Inform lead of any discrepancies found.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Bench test unit as applicable to confirm report from Sales/Customer.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Properly disassembles the until according to the overhaul manual; using the correct tooling equipment required and following any standard aviation procedures/practices</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Visually inspects piece parts for any defects listed by the overhaul manual and/or any aviation standard practice</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Measures any item indicated by the inspection section using micrometers, calipers and/or any other approved measuring equipment</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assigns the correct routing for any rework item by completing the required IW in accordance with the company standards</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Accurately logs inspection report into company specific software and completes the unit&rsquo;s evaluation</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Completes any final calibrations/testing required per the overhaul manual with the Accessory Shop Quality Inspector, as required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures the all piece parts, tags and paperwork are properly identified and completed for Final Inspection</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Properly preserves the unit in accordance with the overhaul manual or standard aviation practices as required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures units are properly mounted on shipping boards if required</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures caps, plugs, covers, and tags (e.g. WARNING and CAUTION tags) are properly installed before shipping</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains a clean workstation free from Foreign Object and/or Debris (FOD), ensures tooling is properly stored</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintains a clean/safe workspace free from spills or obstruction which may lead to harm</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Travels as required</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Confers with lead/supervisor to recommend changes such as: equipment utilization, production methods and procedures to increase efficiency of department and promote improvement</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;
