    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>PUBLIC NOTICE</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>SEASONAL PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPENING</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>MAINTENANCE WORKER/COMMUNITY CENTER</strong> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a seasonal part-time maintenance worker for the recreation/community center. The position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Eighteen years of age or older</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desire high school diploma or GED; will consider less based on experience and ability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods under unfavorable or extreme weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Has the ability to follow oral and written instructions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In good physical condition, strength, and agility and must pass required pre-employment exam and drug screen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Hours of work:</strong>  40 hours weekly (10-14 weeks beginning in mid June)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $16.137</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Applications must be submitted online.  Copies of the job description may be obtained at the Seabrook Recreation Department main office during hours of operation.  (311 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, NH 03874, 603-474-5746)  from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</span></p>",
