    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Rate of pay: $36.00-$42.79 per hour</p><p>We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused RN. Candidates must have nursing experience and a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: PRN</p><p>The RN at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.</p><p>The RN is responsible for the following services including but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.</li><li>Make written and oral reports/ recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.</li><li>Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.</li><li>Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form.</li><li>Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, cardex, medication cards, treatment/care plans, as required.</li><li>chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.</li><li>Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.</li><li>Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.</li><li>Review care plans daily to ensure that appropriate care is being rendered.</li><li>Receive/give the nursing report upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours.</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.</li></ul><p>Skills/Qualifications:</p><p>Florida State Licensed Registered Nurse License and CPR Certification. Must pass an extensive criminal check and drug screen.</p><p>Many roles in the community require that we ask about your vaccination status.
