This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and transformation—and is energized by the opportunity to shape how a global Treasury function operates at scale.</span></p><p><span>You don’t need to be a Treasury expert—but you do need to be a systems thinker who can reimagine how we operate, scale platform strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes through experimentation, influence, and execution.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Reimagining and improving Treasury processes through automation, AI, and data-driven design—balancing innovation with risk awareness&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Developing solutions using Python, SQL, and data modeling to drive measurable outcomes&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Supporting the rollout of AI initiatives (e.g., prompt engineering, agent design, curated datasets)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Collaborating across Finance, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that align with enterprise architecture and data governance&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Reducing operational risk through intelligent automation and process redesign</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>4+ years of experience in data-driven roles (e.g., analytics, product, operations, or engineering), with hands-on use of Python and SQL for automation and analytics</span></li><li><span>Familiar with data modeling and AI concepts (prompting, agents, LLMs)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through experimentation&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>A collaborative communicator who can influence across functions, translate technical ideas for business stakeholders, and drive alignment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Passionate about platform thinking, process transformation, and driving change</span></li><li><span>Backgrounds in finance, consulting, product, or platform strategy are welcome—but not required. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $57,500 and $102,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
