Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Bronx, NY <strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Job summary:  </strong>We are seeking a strategic and data-driven <strong>Analytics</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> to lead our analytics and business intelligence initiatives across our outpatient healthcare organization in the Bronx. This role will be responsible for building and overseeing a team that delivers actionable insights to support clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, patient access, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into practical strategies. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee data collection, reporting, and visualization across all outpatient service lines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to identify performance trends and key metrics. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design dashboards and performance tracking tools to improve decision-making and accountability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze patient access, provider productivity, appointment utilization, and population health data. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with IT and EHR teams to ensure data integrity and interoperability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead data governance efforts and ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and manage a team of analysts and data scientists. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>7–10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in outpatient or healthcare settings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in leading data teams and cross-functional projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of healthcare KPIs: patient volume, provider FTE, visit conversion, no-show rates, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with EHR systems  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with underserved or urban healthcare populations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, etc.), and risk adjustment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Make a measurable impact in a mission-driven organization serving the Bronx community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work alongside a passionate, diverse, and supportive team. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, retirement, and professional development support. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
