    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The QuickShip Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Fisher North America QuickShip business while maintaining world-class service performance. This role owns price governance, operational execution from quote to cash, cross-functional alignment, and strategic partnership management to ensure delivery assurance and margin integrity.</p>\n<p>In the QuickShip Manager role you will:</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><strong>Business Growth &amp; Financial Performance</strong>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n   <li>Drive revenue growth and margin expansion for the North America QuickShip portfolio</li>\n   <li>Own pricing strategy and governance to protect premium positioning and achieve profitability targets</li>\n   <li>Monitor business performance through KPIs, financial metrics, and operational dashboards; take corrective action as required</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Operational Execution</strong>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n   <li>Lead end-to-end execution of QuickShip orders from quote through cash collection.</li>\n   <li>Ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and financial compliance</li>\n   <li>Establish and manage operating rhythms, including cross-functional reviews, progress tracking, and risk mitigation</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n   <li>Coordinate front-end (sales, engineering, OE), operations, supply chain, and finance teams to meet service and financial commitments</li>\n   <li>Provide indirect leadership across teams, aligning priorities and removing barriers to execution</li>\n   <li>Ensure resource priority and accountability across stakeholders</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n   <li>Analyze operational performance to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities</li>\n   <li>Implement scalable solutions that improve cycle-time, cost control, and customer experience</li>\n   <li>Support data-driven decision-making and performance transparency</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Partnership Management</strong>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n   <li>Serve as primary contact for the Impact Partner relationship.</li>\n   <li>Drive high-level collaboration to unlock new market opportunities.</li>\n   <li>Develop joint growth initiatives and strengthen long-term partner alignment.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in business, engineering or industrial/manufacturing environments.</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing P&amp;L performance, pricing strategy, and cross-functional initiatives.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You:</strong></p>\n<p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
