    "description": "<p>Transform Labs is looking for a Senior .NET/Angular Developer Team Lead to drive development on an automotive application.<br><br></p>\n<p>We need a hands-on technical leader with 7+ years of experience who can write great code, mentor a small team, and play well with everyone else, including the client.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You bring:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong .NET Core and Angular experience</li>\n<li>A track record of leading and mentoring developer teams</li>\n<li>Comfort running code reviews and holding a high bar for quality</li>\n<li>Experience working in a fully Agile environment</li>\n<li>Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level</li>\n<li>U.S.-based and eligible to work without sponsorship</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll need your own equipment for this position, although we'll pay for any subscriptions/seats.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Machine requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Windows</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 11 Pro</li>\n<li>32GB RAM+</li>\n<li>12th generation Core i7 / Core i9 (or AMD equivalent)</li>\n<li>2TB SSD (or nvme) minimum</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mac</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>macOS 15 or later</li>\n<li>M2 or newer (Pro/Max/Ultra preferred)</li>\n<li>16GB RAM or more</li>\n<li>1TB SSD or more</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Nice to have: experience with AWS or other cloud platforms</p>\n<p>Preference given to candidates in Ohio or Michigan — while rare, occasional in-person meetings may be required.
