If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a friendly environment, and want to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and assist residents in a courteous and professional manner during meal times.</li>\n <li>Serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and special requests.</li>\n <li>Set tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining room is clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents' rooms when needed.</li>\n <li>Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal orders and requests are met.</li>\n <li>Ensure that dining areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.</li>\n <li>Respond to resident requests and special needs with a helpful and friendly attitude.</li>\n <li>Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure safe meal service.</li>\n <li>Assist with other tasks as needed to support the dining services department.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 16 years of age.</li>\n <li>A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.</li>\n <li>Must possess a Food Handler’s Card or obtain within 30 days from hire.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in waitstaff, food service, or hospitality is preferred.</li>\n <li>A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, carry, and serve food trays as required.</li>\n <li>A friendly, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents, employees and visitors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complimentary meals during kitchen operating hours.</li>\n <li>Daily pay option through PayDaily.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>$15,000 Life insurance paid by company and option to purchase additional insurance. </li>\n <li>Career Advancement Opportunities.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay rate:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fellowship Square is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are a company that cares about its hard-working employees.
