Role Overview *NEW SALE — EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HIGH-IMPACT POSITION* Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 - Food and Nutrition Services to lead daily foodservice operations for 2 hospitals , HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center l ocated in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey . Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds.They are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network. What You'll Do We are looking for candidates who will: have oversight of day-to-day operations at 2 locations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and ensure Sodexo Standards are met. What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
