Perform expert installations of windows, showers, mirrors, door hardware, and other glass products Read and interpret work orders to meet and exceed customer expectations Follow all company safety and quality standards Mentor Apprentice/Helper Technicians and support team success Use safe handling, loading/unloading, and prep work Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in glass installation, glazing, or a related trade Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills A positive, reliable team player Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass and equipment (up to 100 lbs) Mechanical or construction aptitude - Ability to use tape measures, levels, drills, saws, glass-specific tools, etc. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to obtain OSHA, Forklift, and other certifications as needed.
