The Assistant Manager works closely with the Pool Manager and Aquatics leadership to oversee scheduling, safety, and facility operations at our outdoor pool.</p><h3 data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"415\"><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">What You&rsquo;ll Do:</span></h3><ul><li>Support daily pool operations including opening, closing, and facility readiness</li><li>Coordinate pool scheduling for recreational swim, lessons, lap swim, and events</li><li>Monitor pool conditions, water chemistry, and safety compliance</li><li>Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and supervision</li><li>Communicate member feedback and operational needs to leadership</li><li>Ensure the pool deck and surrounding areas remain clean and safe</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1004\"><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">This Job Is For You If:</span></h3><ul><li>You&rsquo;re a dependable leader who steps up when needed</li><li>You&rsquo;re comfortable supervising staff and addressing concerns directly</li><li>You stay organized and can manage multiple priorities</li><li>You take safety seriously</li><li>You communicate clearly and professionally with both staff and members</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1381\"><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">Qualifications:</span></h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior lifeguard experience required</li><li>Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable using basic computer systems</li><li>Supervisory experience preferred</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1701\"><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">Working Conditions:</span></h3><ul><li>Outdoor summer environment (heat, humidity, sun)</li><li>Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling</li><li>Maintaining visual and auditory awareness for safety</li><li>Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
