The Role We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships while driving best-in-class, socially-led work from brief through delivery. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership, with accountability for quality, timelines, budgets, and team leadership. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as a trusted senior point of contact for clients while providing direction and mentorship to junior team members. You'll play a critical role in shaping account strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring NewGen delivers work that is culturally relevant, commercially sound, and creatively ambitious. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day leadership of assigned accounts, serving as the primary client contact Build and maintain strong, senior-level client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and partnership Lead social-first campaigns from briefing through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing are managed effectively Provide strategic input into creative and content development, ensuring work aligns with client objectives and cultural relevance Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and creator teams to deliver high-quality, on-time work Manage and track account budgets, forecasts, and profitability in collaboration with senior leadership Identify opportunities for organic account growth, expanded scope, and added value Guide and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, setting standards for excellence and best practices Proactively problem-solve, anticipate client needs, and navigate challenges with confidence and professionalism Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working as the agency continues to scale Social-First x Brand Impact Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do.
