That means making sure we have the best team available who believe that taking care of our staff is just as important to us as taking care of our patients.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements of Wound Care Nurse:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a RN in good standing and currently licensed by the state where our facility is located (FL)</li>\n <li>Minimum of one years experience in long-term care setting</li>\n <li>Must be a supportive team member, contribute to, and be an example of teamwork.</li>\n <li>Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff.</li>\n <li>https://crw.flclearinghttps://info.flclearinghouse.com/    #PARAMOUNT123</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform wound assessments, reassessment, and management for all residents.</li>\n <li>Create plan of care including goals, treatment, evaluation and outcomes of residents.</li>\n <li>Provide education to residents, family, and staff regarding wound management, prevention, support, and other therapies.</li>\n <li>Direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and other nursing personnel.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge and skill to develop and implement policies and procedures to manage residents with wounds.</li>\n <li>Included in the On Call rotation</li>\n</ul>",
