Description
The RM is a critical Sales Leadership role responsible for devloping and executing region sales and strategies that maximize profitability. The RM leads a team of Territory Managers supporting the Pacific Northwest Territory and can live in any major city in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Montana.
Accountabilities
HS/GED minimum, Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred
5+ yrs experience with 3-5 yrs in sales
Develops, communicates and leads execution of sales strategies for ELP products; supports sales initiatives and strategic projects as either a project team leader or team member
Manages Territory Manager performance against goals/targets and provides ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve sales effectiveness and develop talent for succession planning
Develops and supports executive account relationships with major customers and distributors; Successfully leads customer negotiations
Primary contact for national account managers and product managers on local issues, strategy, desire to sign/renew programming and product issues/opportunities
Partners with marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution to ensure alignment of business needs are achieved.
Reviews and inspects use of business tools including roadmaps, sales planning tool (or CRM), Cutting Edge, sales expense processing; Facilitate team training as needed

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of %24119,000 to %24178,800 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive plan targeting 25% of your base salary target paid out quarterly, based on market performance.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
