      "content": "\n<li>High school degree, GED, or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Associate degree or certification from Technical College in job related curriculum is preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Ongoing willingness to continue educational learning/training</li>\n<li>Previous experience working as a fluid power / hydraulic technician is preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is required</li>\n<li>Experience working with power tools and hand tools</li>\n<li>Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards</li>\n<li>Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule assignments</li>\n<li>Logical problem-solving and analytical ability</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Motivated self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments is required.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintains a professional demeanor at all times</li>\n<li>Team player who works productively with wide range of people</li>\n<li>Physical Demands: Lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, assembly, installation &amp; troubleshooting efforts of fluid power systems</li>\n"
