          "text": "<p>Position Summary </p><p>The Sr. Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for TWC, using Apex and Visualforce, and leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies. The developer must be able to communicate well with end-users and stakeholders who have varying levels of technical aptitude.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </p><p>•\tCommunicate and collaborate with team members across various technology platforms regarding technical issues, status, solution designing, creative solutions, and implementation.</p><p>•\tScope and gauge level of effort for technical solutions.</p><p>•\tDevelop, test, document, and deploy high quality, scalable business solutions on the Force.com platform.</p><p>•\tA focus on quality is a must, as is the ability to understand business requirements and meeting them with a technical solution that is extendable across various businesses and maintainable.</p><p>•\tMust be able to get hands-on in the end-to-end build process, with administrative, development, data-related work or QA.</p><p>•\tExperience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales</p><p>•\tDeveloping and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales</p><p>•\t4+ years SalesForce.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.</p><p>•\t3+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.</p><p>•\tSolid knowledge of SOQL.</p><p>•\tIn-depth experience with SOAP/REST web services.</p><p><b>•\tSalesforce Developer Certification is a Must-Have</b></p><p><br /></p>",
