          "text": "<p><strong>Who You’ll Work With</strong><br>\nWorking closely with cross-functional teams including software, product management, and manufacturing, our engineers innovate on system architectures, high-speed PCB designs, and signal integrity to deliver state-of-the-art products that drive network performance and reliability.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and organize incoming systems from manufacturing, including check-in, labeling, inventory&#xa0;tracking,&#xa0;distributing the units&#xa0;</li><li>Check hardware units in and out to engineering teams while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records.&#xa0;</li><li>Support system-level debugging activities in a hardware lab environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist engineering teams with hardware setup, configuration, and&#xa0;testing systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and functional testing of systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate shipments, returns, and storage of hardware units with external logistics partners.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure all systems are ready and aligned with distribution schedule to engineering.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Qualifications</p><p>Associate (2-year) college degree&#xa0;<strong>or</strong>&#xa0;a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hardware Support position or in a comparable hardware role.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Demonstrate ability to debug, test systems and in a hands-on data base tracking&#xa0;</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of networking and electronics.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven experience supporting engineering teams with equipment setup, configuration, and FVT testing.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience collaborating with teams and cross functional with Engineering groups.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong&#xa0;organizational skills with attention to&#xa0;details.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation Information:</strong></p><p>The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000.&#xa0;Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The pay range provided reflects base pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity. Employees in Sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista’s Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales. US-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings and income protection.
