    "description_html": "<b>The Wood Shop Craftsman is responsible and accountable for:</b><ul><li>Maintaining a safe, productive, and timely work environment</li><li>Fabricating custom architectural woodwork projects and stile and rail wood doors in our woodworking facility with the use of various tools.</li><li>Good workmanship in all activities</li><li>Coordination with Shop Foreman and Shop Manager as required to ensure the work is completed properly and in alignment with customer expectations.</li><li>Seeks out training on new skills and installation techniques and diligently listens and consistently applies knowledge gained to grow expertise as a craftsman.</li></ul><b>Essential Functions</b><ul><li>Participate in any and all applicable training opportunities for both safety and this position.</li><li>Report daily job progress to Shop Foreman.</li><li>Work a flexible schedule as needed when work dictates.</li><li>Complete tasks with a safety-first mindset.</li><li>Fabrication of doors and frames and repairing damaged doors with proper refinishing technique.</li><li>Problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to read hardware templates and shop drawings.</li><li>Ability to properly finish wood with stains and applied topcoats and finishes</li></ul><br><b>Experience & Other Requirements</b><ul><li>Experienced with woodwork shop fabrication, cabinetry, and casework</li><li>Knowledge and capability to make repairs to doors with damage using proper refinishing techniques</li><li>High quality workmanship</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check</li><li>No issue with repetitive use of fingers and hands, standing, squatting, bending and lifting up to 50lbs</li></ul>",
