The position serves as a liaison and partner to help educate communities, providers, clients, and families about mental health treatment services. The Community Outreach Liaison supports local admissions acting as a concierge welcoming incoming clients, families, and clinical partners to the facility.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Exemplifies our 5 Star Service to clients, team members, referents, and families.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborates with local and national leadership team members to identify and cultivate strong community partnerships, elevating the facility&rsquo;s presence in the local market.</li>\r\n\t<li>Target follow-up meetings with all key referral sources ensuring internal and external obstacles to growth and retention are identified, minimized, and/or eliminated.</li>\r\n\t<li>Schedules and conducts tours with referral sources, clients, and families.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicates various levels of care to potential clients, families, and referral sources.</li>\r\n\t<li>Guides clients and families toward appropriate treatment options, effectively highlighting the benefits of treatment at the Outpatient Center in relation to the client&rsquo;s individual needs and circumstances.\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Obtains necessary information to quickly determine viability of potential admission,</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Resolves challenges posed by clients and families ambivalent about committing to necessary and beneficial treatment options,</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Empathically but prescriptively leading callers to the next step of deciding on admission,</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Determines the clinical and financial viability of potential admissions,</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Articulates the value and fit of facility programming to each potential client&rsquo;s circumstances and needs.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Utilizes appropriate bonding techniques to establish rapport, build relationships, and enhance customer service and support.</li>\r\n\t<li>Offers a high level of customer service and communication to referral sources, clients, and families.</li>\r\n\t<li>Partners with admissions decision-makers and stakeholders including client, family members, professional referral sources, facility administration, clinical leadership, admitting physicians and utilization review coordinators.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinates with the business office and Utilization Review to determine financing options for potential clients.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
