      "content": "\n<li>Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.</li>\n<li>15+ years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in project management for technical or engineering teams.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience supporting the analysis, assessment, and testing of cyber capabilities.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance and effectiveness.</li>\n<li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Must hold at least one of the following relevant industry credentials:\n\n</li><li>Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).</li>\n<li>Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).</li>\n<li>Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).</li>\n<li>CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+).</li>\n<li>Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).</li>\n<li>Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC).</li>\n<li>Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).</li>\n\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related science/engineering field.</li>\n"
