We work on a wide range of transit and transportation projects, including roadway and trail improvements, fish passage enhancements, and major infrastructure efforts throughout the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest.&#xa0;Our projects are Community-Focused&#xa0;and emphasize pedestrian and bicycle safety, multimodal accessibility, ADA&#xa0;compliance,&#xa0;and context-sensitive solutions shaped by the&#xa0;community's&#xa0;needs.&#xa0;We collaborate closely with public agencies, transit authorities, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful solutions that improve mobility&#xa0;and public infrastructure.&#xa0;</p><p>Located in downtown Seattle, our&#xa0;<strong>Transportation Engineering</strong>&#xa0;team is seeking a&#xa0;<strong>Transportation Project Engineer with a&#xa0;minimum of&#xa0;4&#xa0;years' experience</strong>.&#xa0;In this role&#xa0;you will support the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from early pursuits and proposal support through planning, design,&#xa0;permitting, and construction. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams to help ensure projects meet technical expectations&#xa0;and schedule milestones.&#xa0;You will contribute to corridor design, transit speed and reliability improvements, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, ADA upgrades,&#xa0;utility&#xa0;and stormwater designs&#xa0;in our region.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Apply&#xa0;engineering principles&#xa0;to diverse projects, collaborating with teams to develop&#xa0;project specific&#xa0;solutions drawing on best practices in areas such as street improvements,&#xa0;transportation infrastructure, utility projects,&#xa0;and stormwater design.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare design plans, reports, cost estimates, and technical analyses as part of multidisciplinary project teams.&#xa0;</li><li>Gain experience in ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding regulations and permitting requirements.&#xa0;</li><li>Continue to advance&#xa0;AutoCad&#xa0;Civil 3D&#xa0;modeling&#xa0;skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;in managing project tasks, ensuring efficient coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.&#xa0;</li><li>Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to client needs, providing clear communication, and delivering customized solutions that align with their&#xa0;objectives.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

The expected range for a qualified candidate is <strong>$90,000 - $110,000</strong></p><p>Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
